· The ABCs of Wine Tasting: This is the jump-start course for novices. Once you complete the three classes and two step-by-step tastings, you'll know what to look for in a wine and how to describe it. You'll also get to know your preferences and learn how to buy wines that you like.

· Understanding Wine: This is the complete survey course for ambitious beginners and intermediates. Through ten classes and ten tutored tastings, you'll explore the world's important growing regions along with their major grape varieties.
